• Conduct regular reviews and ensure ongoing staff training in sales etiquette and patient communication.
• Maintain positive morale and ensure full staffing coverage through effective roster planning.
6. Doctor & Therapist Coordination
• Manage scheduling, rostering, and availability updates in the EMR system.
• Foster a collaborative environment between clinical and non-clinical teams for smooth functioning.
7. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
• Oversee timely ordering, stock control, and inventory optimization in sync with central procurement.
• Prevent overstocking or shortages of medicines, vaccines, and consumables.
8. Reporting & Systems
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through EMR/EHR systems.
• Prepare and share operational, sales, and performance dashboards with central teams.
• Drive accountability through data-based insights and action plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations with exposure to sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
