Opportunity for Clinic Manager / Patient Counsellor for a client, who is a new-age provider of innovative hair & skin health solutions dedicated to helping individuals achieve confidence and satisfaction through advanced treatments and personalized care. Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.● Understanding of dermatology and aesthetics, particularly hair loss causes, hair treatment procedures (like PRP, GFC etc) and transplant procedures will be an added advantage.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.● Active listening skills and a genuine desire to understand patient needs and goals.● Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and concisely. Responsibilities:● Patient Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, thoroughly evaluating their hair loss concerns, medical history, and suitability for hair transplant procedures.● Treatment Education: Educate patients on the various hair transplant techniques, clearly explaining the process, benefits, and potential risks involved.● Treatment Planning: Assist patients in selecting the most appropriate hair transplant approach based on their needs and goals.● Financial Guidance: Provide detailed information about the costs associated with hair transplant procedures and the available financing options.● Patient Advocacy: Build trust and rapport with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout the consultation process.● Post-Consultation Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments, answer patient questions, and address any post-consultation concerns.● Maintain Patient Records: Document patient consultations, treatment plans, and communication clearly and organized.
