Partner with regional sales and operations teams to support pricing, schemes, and trade
offers.
Prepare MIS reports – sales vs. claims, region profitability, and outstanding summaries.
Analyze regional commercial performance and recommend corrective actions.
5. People & Process Management
Coordinate cross-functional communication between finance, SCM, and sales.
Drive process automation and digitalization initiatives in commercial operations. Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of finance, taxation, and commercial operations.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally ) and MS Excel.
Eye for detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Qualification & Experience:
Education: MBA (Finance/Operations) / CA (Inter) / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 6–10 years of experience in commercial / finance operations, preferably in
FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
