key responsibilities
- Identificar candidatos através da publicação de anúncios, pesquisa direta e networking com talentos nas áreas de construção civil.
- Participar em reuniões com clientes para discutir detalhes de projetos, perfis de candidatos e estratégias de pesquisa.
- Visitar regularmente os clientes em atividade.
- Desenvolvimento de negócio (prospeção e angariação de novos clientes/parceiros).
- Suporte administrativo (registo rigoroso de informação administrativa e contratual).

- Licenciatura
- Gosto pela área de recrutamento e contato com clientes
- Excelente capacidade de organização
- Capacidade de dinamismo e proatividade
- Conhecimentos de inglês (preferencial)
