We are seeking an innovative and execution-focused Digital Product Manager to drive the development and management of our digital product ecosystem, including the DFD Mobile App and allied platforms. The role requires a strong product mindset to define roadmaps, translate business needs into product requirements, and deliver scalable, user-centric digital solutions.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of product strategy, enhancing user experiences, and supporting enterprise-wide digital integration under the guidance of the Head – Digital Products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the digital product lifecycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch enhancements.
- Define and maintain detailed product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Ensure intuitive UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards are incorporated into digital solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products within timelines and budgets.
- Support product integration with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Analyze user behavior, adoption trends, and KPIs to optimize product features and functionality.
