- Talent Acquisition: Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and assist in hiring and placement.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the induction process, draft contracts, and conduct exit interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain and secure sensitive employee databases, personnel files, and leave records.
- Policies & Compliance: Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal corporate events.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with facility, internet, and office supply vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Payroll & Benefits: Gather attendance and leave data to support payroll processing, and manage employee benefits like insurance and reimbursements.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee office infrastructure, manage supplies inventory, and resolve facility-related issues. Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MSW preferred for senior roles).
- Experience: 1–5+ years in a dual HR/Admin capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRMS software, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), strict attention to detail, and excellent multi-tasking and conflict-resolution abilities
