- Contributes to and coordinates efforts around standardization, business process management and conversions to the organization's product and feature on platforms
- Leads and manages complex projects from initiation and business requirements gathering to completion. This includes both business-focused requirements as well as system, functional, and non-functional requirements within the team's scope
- Develops project plans based on roadmaps and collaborates within project team and potential stakeholders within own discipline to manage the execution of deliverables
- Reviews data/ information and interprets trends/ patterns to identify potential impediments/ roadblocks
- Facilitates discussion with stakeholders on solutions, ensuring that proposals also address sales, talent and delivery excellence
- Identifies the specific data conversions or process changes needed for each area or market, aiming to link them to clear, measurable metrics
