The Opportunity Following the expansion of a key current account within our banking portfolio, we are seeking an MSP Talent Advisor to manage and evolve our contingent workforce solution. You will leverage our established reputation to deliver an integrated talent model, ensuring stability and performance for this global financial leader.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-governance environment and can balance niche technical requirements with high-volume delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery: Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, shifting seamlessly between high-volume surges and specialised, niche roles.

Stakeholder Influence: Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, providing market data and guiding them through the contingent lifecycle.

Governance & Compliance: Operate within a highly regulated framework, ensuring all hiring meets the rigorous audit standards of the banking sector.

Relationship Management: Build deep-rooted trust with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a seamless "one team" approach.

Process Excellence: Drive VMS engagement and maintain data integrity to ensure reporting is accurate and actionable.
