■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】
・Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related major.
・Fluent Japanese and English communication skills (written and verbal).
・Accounting qualification such as CPA (USCPA), CA, or Japanese CA.
・Strong financial modeling, Excel skills, and policy application ability.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
・Prior exposure to the Aerospace & Defense industry.
・Cost analysis experience and knowledge of corporate overhead management.
・Proven experience working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
