The Finance Specialist Dealer Support is responsible for Dealer Financial Analysis/Financial Health, Asset Management, Dealer Administration.
What You Will Do:
Dealer Financial Analysis/Financial Health
Analyses confidential financial reports and evaluates the financial strength for India Region dealers. Along with the Director Dealer Finance, assists dealers in financial planning, credit and collections, accounting, cash management, etc.
Reports financial trends and problem areas affecting dealer performance and recommends solutions to the dealer, Region Finance, District and Vice Presidents.
Work with industry partners on strategic deals.
Work with dealer, internal business partners on strategic initiatives. Asset Management o Manages company receivables and administers payment policy to minimize past dues.
Assists dealers in confidential continuity planning to analyse the financial impact on the dealership when transitioned to new owner.
Analyses and evaluates proposals submitted by prospective dealer candidates and make recommendations relative to acceptability.
Financial Institution Relationship:
o Provides assistance to dealers in obtaining affordable financing and flexible credit line arrangements from financial institutions.
o Analyses existing lending agreements and takes part in negotiations with the dealers and their lenders for mutually acceptable legal documentation to protect company assets.
Other Governance:
Monitors compliance to Dealer Finance Procedures, Sarbanes Oxley Act and Treasury Letters
Other duties as assigned by management from time-to-time What You Have
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Business Analytics
5 (plus) years practical experience in financial management and corporate finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good financial and data analytical skills and understanding of commercial needs
Previous experience with Power BI
Additional Information:
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
This role requires travelling up to 10-15% of the time.
