● Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and functional heads to understand business needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support growth and operational excellence.
● Talent Management: Lead talent planning and development initiatives to build high-performing teams aligned with business goals.
● Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems, competency frameworks, and succession planning to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
● Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
● Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including process improvements, restructuring, and strategic transformations.
● HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, compliance, payroll, and other HR operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
● Center of Excellence (COE): Partner with COE teams to embed best HR practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support innovation.
● Leadership Development: Identify leadership potential, implement development programs, and coach managers to enhance their capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 8+ years of HR experience with a strong background in HRBP roles.
● Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
● Expertise in talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels.
● Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance standards.
● Experience supporting technical, operational, and managerial functions is a plus
