Onboarding:
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Collaborate with L&OD and TA Operations team to gather necessary information for new associates.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with HR policies, culture, benefits, and resources.
- Monitor and track progress of onboarding tasks, ensuring timely completion in Workday tool.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized associates documentation at site.
- Prepare and submit required reports to relevant regulatory agencies in compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in conducting internal and external audits related to HR practices and compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the onboarding process and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Onboarding and/or related HR Ops role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively
