1. Capability Management
· Own end-to-end capability development for branch field force and sales teams.
· Design central capability plans and execute workshops, training interventions, and learning journeys.
· Assess skill gaps and track capability metrics. Evaluate success of the interventions.

· Drive R&R programs for Field Force and Outercore teams, ensuring alignment with performance and values.
· Support and execute engagement activities tailored to the sales workforce, including contests, townhalls, and recognition events.
4. Vendor & PO Management
· Manage HR vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders via SAP or other platforms.
· Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
5. HR Data Analysis
· Analyse HR data to generate insights on attrition, productivity, engagement, and capability.
· Present dashboards and reports to Sales and HR leadership for informed decision-making.
