Key skills and experience required:Business returns preparation — specifically Forms 1065 (excluding REIT), 1120S, and 1120.Strong understanding of financial statements and adjusting entries, including experience preparing AJEs (e.g., current year depreciation).Experience with Book/Tax adjustments (M-1 & M-2 reconciliation) with Schedule L (Book/Tax basis).Knowledge of business entity state apportionment using MBS/COP and determining Nexus.Tools:CCH Axcess
