Role Overview:The Lead Manager – Demand & Supply owns end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and the cross-functional coordination required to deliver on-time, in-full (OTIF) supply and first-time-right commercial readiness for new launches. The role partners closely with Sales/BD, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, RA, and external partners - key B2B customers) to ensure accurate forecasting, optimized inventory, efficient capacity utilization
