Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Control Officer for a 10 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.
Rate: $311.58 - $356.27

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
• Prepare, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, release plans, and roadmaps
• Support preparation of governance materials, approvals, briefing notes, and decision records
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder participation
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and pre-reads
• Capture and distribute meeting minutes and notes, including decisions, risks, issues, and action items
• Track and follow up on meeting action items and commitments to ensure timely closure
• Assist project managers and product owners with release planning and delivery coordination
• Act as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Support change management and communication activities related to project delivery
• Support coordination across related products and business process initiatives.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
5+ years experience:
• Demonstrated experience supporting software application delivery teams (e.g., product, development teams)
• Proven experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and Jira (documentation, tracking, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Background in healthcare, health IT, or enterprise IT environments
• Public Sector Experience: Nice to Have
