Job Description
As a Job Concierge or Job Hunter, you will be an Online Vacancy Specialist, you are the hub of our organisation and play a key role in finding the most challenging vacancies for our diverse group of candidates. You will work intensively with our innovative online portal and use advanced search techniques to discover unique career opportunities. Your focus is not only on standard job posting platforms, but you will be adept at using modern search techniques, including Boolean methods and other innovative strategies.
Responsibilities
Advanced Search
... - Actively apply modern search techniques to find the most relevant and undiscovered jobs
- Utilise Boolean search methods to locate the perfect match for our candidates
Online Strategies
- Conduct extensive online research to find job openings outside of standard channels
- Identify leads outside of traditional job posting platforms, such as niche websites and online communities
Innovative Approach
- Creatively searching for hidden opportunities and possibilities for our candidates
- Using the latest tools and technologies to discover the most attractive job opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in recruitment
- Current knowledge of modern search techniques and online sourcing
- Excellent command of Boolean search method
- Creativity in finding unique opportunities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and internet skills
- Good command of the local language
