We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis in New Delhi, India. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in modern trade sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve key account objectives within the modern trade channel.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet them.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong focus on Modern Trade sales.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent understanding of the Indian retail and modern trade landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi, 110055.
