Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Account Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for global and regional customers to achieve revenue and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging customers and markets, leveraging industry insights and networks.
- Manage and grow high-value, strategic key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisors to senior stakeholders.
2. Organization engagement and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, business development & technology) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and drive adoption of CRM best practices.
3. Deliver Business Results
- Develop and work within strategies to grow business and deliver financial results: Volume, revenues, margins and operating income
- Negotiate and finalize supply agreements, optimizing margins while ensuring alignment with companies value proposition
- Collaborate with strategic marketing, product management, finance to lead implementation of pricing decisions within the region
- Lead executive-level meetings and represent company at major industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
