This role is responsible for managing the production and quality of Paid Media activation and Insights/Analytics services. Accountable for the technical execution of all campaigns and reports, and for the integrity and precision of the data delivered to the Global Strategy team, ensuring execution is both efficient and scalable. This role is primarily accountable for daily task execution, managing the quality of deliverables, assisting in creating/refining processes for all tasks that are done in GCC and also providing input regarding performance of specialists to the director in GCC. reporting structure ● ● functional (solid line): reports directly to the GCC Director. This line dictates administrative duties, teams deliverables and process efficiency. programmatic (dotted line): reports to the Global Strategist (Paid/Analytics (vacancy)). This line dictates prioritization, quality standards, and strategic output. key responsibility areas 1. execution management ● accountable for the timely execution of all paid campaigns, data extraction, and report ● ● generation. leads the team in managing the technical and operational coordination of paid media platforms and insights tools. participating in tactical/ operational projects 2. data integrity & strategic alignment ● ● ● responsible for quality of the work produced by the team members for paid advertising, reporting and insights responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data and reports produced. performs the first-line quality check to ensure all execution adheres to the Strategist’s technical standards and reporting frameworks, ensuring the insights are strategically sound.3. Resource optimization & capacity planning ● ● responsible for prioritizing workload demand. manages all team resources (capacity planning) and team workload to ensure efficient delivery. ● collaborates with the strategist for prioritization. 4. process & operational efficiency ● ● ● responsible for process mapping (SOPs) & optimization for various sub processes and service areas for paid media, insights etc. owns the maintenance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Paid Media activation and Insights reporting. responsible for identifying process bottlenecks and implementing standardized workflows to achieve operational excellence and cost optimization, reporting findings to the GCC Director. 5. people management & development ● ● responsible for providing timely inputs to director for performance management Responsible for people management, first point of contact for the team members, ensure the team is functioning well and if there are issues, the team manager addresses these issues timely and adequately with both the GCC director and strategist to discuss potential impact. required experience and skills 7+ years of progressive experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Data analysis, or a related field, with significant experience managing teams. expertise in managing day-to-day execution, team workload, and first-line quality check in a high-volume production environment. proficiency with data analysis to drive performance measurement and ensure accurate insight delivery. experience managing complex relationships with global strategy owners a focus on scalability and proven success in implementing new standardized workflows (SOPs) within a shared service model. strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of driving career growth for team membersGJC role description:
