Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Support the development and prioritization of digital strategy refreshes; structure ambiguous business problems and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
Executive Storytelling: Create high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and one-pagers tailored for leadership audiences, ensuring narratives are concise and decision-oriented.
Operational Governance: Facilitate team operations by preparing agendas, tracking action items, managing risks, and refining the team’s operating model and ways of working.
Financial & Performance Reporting: Consolidate status updates and metrics across various workstreams; assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
Team Enablement: Manage core team assets, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure the consistent use of operational templates and tools.
Cross-Functional Support: Provide hands-on assistance for digital product initiatives, including research synthesis and roadmap inputs, while supporting change management activities as needed.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation or product operations capacity
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to craft executive-ready decks and materials; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint is a requirement.
Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of translating high-level concepts into execution-ready plans.
Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various functions and levels of seniority.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Technical Familiarity (Preferred): Experience in agile environments (Jira, Confluence) and knowledge of digital product lifecycles or financial services is highly valued.
