The Manager – HRBP leads the development and design of a comprehensive people strategy for the organization. This individual will have the ability to see the big picture people strategy needs, as well as run more tactical organization and people needs.
Core responsibilities:
- Responsible to design & implement an end-to-end HR business partnering strategy for the Bangalore center
- Responsible to design & deliver an effective associate engagement strategy
- Leverage deep understanding of talent and create actionable plans to develop and grow talent in line with the company needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to our business and functional organizations across both shores
- Serve as an expert & key point of contact on all People related matters
- Design & ensure that we align our people strategy to our business priorities and delivers solutions.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Support or lead cross functional projects, as needed
- Collaborate with the Compensation Lead to provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job leveling/re-leveling
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field required. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field is a plus
- 12+ years as an HR generalist/HRBP
- Passionate about making a business impact and truly understands the strategic value HR has in delivering a business unit’s key objectives
- Thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-growing environment, and capable of delivering quick results
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, including senior stakeholders
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
