Job Role:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for Talent Acquisition,
internal or external and Employee Engagement.
Essential Duties:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire life cycle of Talent Acquisition from screening profiles, conducting interviews and selecting candidates for India.
- Put together a sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Responsible for Recruitment Budget utilization, use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Responsible for Building talent pool for identified areas
- Building high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
- Champion internal talent fulfilment through Internal Job postings, work with Lab & support function leaders to generate & utilize talent pipeline within the organization
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Employee Engagement:
- Responsible for Planning and executing employee engagement activities in the organization
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for conducting employee events.
- Publishing yearly calendar for various engagement events.
- Responsible for Events budget utilization
Ensuring that all policies and procedures established under the Laboratory’s Management System (LMS) are acknowledged and implemented at all levels of the department in alignment with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.
Authorizing sufficient resources and assigning appropriate authorities to key personnel to be able to carry out their responsibilities in relation to establishment, implementation, management, and improvement of LMS, including identification and management of risk and opportunities
Qualification:
Education
- Master’s degree in Human Resource
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience
