WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in tax reporting or financial operations, preferably in insurance
or annuity domain.
• Proven experience in managing mid-sized teams and delivering results in a regulated
environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations related to annuity products and death
benefits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
