Job Title: Global Offensive Security Specialist / Pentester.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Medior Pentester (Global Offensive Security Specialist) to join Randstad’s global CISO office and secure our international IT infrastructure across business applications, AI, cloud networks, and complex Red Teaming exercises. This role focuses on hands-on penetration testing, collaborative remediation, and adversary simulation—not auditor compliance or purely report-writing tasks.
Location : Portugal
What You Will Achieve
- Execute Technical Assessments: Perform end-to-end penetration testing across global IT applications, AI models, networks, and AWS/GCP cloud environments.
- Simulate Real-World Attacks: Conduct advanced Red Teaming exercises using the MITRE ATT&CK framework to test organizational resilience.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate directly with application development and infrastructure teams to fix vulnerabilities, rather than simply handing off a report.
- Internal Tooling & Research: Conduct security research, build/modify exploit scripts, and expand the team’s internal toolkit.
Key Metrics You'll Own
- Time-to-remediation support for identified vulnerabilities across global operational companies.
- Delivery of actionable threat models and attack simulations.
- Growth and mentorship of junior offensive security team members.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in IT security, network penetration testing, and adversary simulations.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong hacker mindset, ability to read/analyze code, exploit development/modification, and manipulation of network infrastructure.
- Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and offensive security best practices.
- Soft Skills: Fluent communication in English and a collaborative approach to working with international security teams.
- Desirable Certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GIAC (GXPN / GPEN), CEH, or EC-Council LPT. Experience in Purple Teaming or AWS/GCP security is a plus.
