Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Streamlining day-to-day office functions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facility maintenance for North York or Downtown hubs.
Culture & Engagement: Leading internal committees, planning corporate events, and driving initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Financial Coordination: Managing office budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with accounting teams for payroll or expense reconciliation.
Health & Safety Leadership: Acting as the primary lead for JHSC requirements, ensuring office compliance with current Ontario health and safety regulations.
Project Management: Coordinating office moves, renovations, or the implementation of new digital resource management tools.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–10 years of experience in Office Management or Senior Administration, preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; experience with procurement software is a strong asset.
Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and budget management (QuickBooks experience preferred).
Leadership Grit: A proactive "solutions-first" attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Systems Mindset: Proven ability to create and document "bulletproof" office procedures and onboarding workflows.
