About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with expertise and knowledge in RPO and/or MSP solution delivery? Randstad Enterprise is seeking an Operations Expert to drive operational performance, SLA & KPI governance & reporting, and continuous improvement for our flagship account within EMEA
Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to optimize service delivery, produce financial forecasting and invoicing, and identify high-impact process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Performance Governance: Own KPI/SLA tracking, proactive issue resolution, and monthly/quarterly business review reporting.
- Partner: closely with the account management team, leveraging data insights and operational influence to enhance service delivery performance.
- Financial & Operational: Manage billing processes, financial forecasting, and lead MI reporting
- Continuous Improvement: Drive productivity enhancements, technological tooling adaptation, and solution design.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Build trusted relationships and oversee supplier performance, QBRs, and CSATs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong data analytics, insight generation, and process improvement capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and agility in dynamic environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO); MSP experience preferred.
