Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Purpose
As an Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of a bespoke MSP/RPO solution, acting as a strategic partner who independently manages high-value client relationships and internal stakeholder interfaces. You are responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing control to process design—while mentoring operational managers and driving high-performing delivery teams to exceed SLA/KPI targets and expand service offerings through organic growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Operational Management: Develops and delivers plans and outcomes for an operational area, providing direction, guidance, and resources to the Delivery team.
- Budgeting & Costing: Responsible for monitoring the P&L, developing budget plans, and keeping the forecast up to date. Includes auditing invoices and managing expenses.
- Building Capability: Coaches and mentors the team, providing specialized training and induction to meet service levels and develop internal talent.
- Digital innovation &AI strategy:Develop, implement, and continuously monitor strategies to maximize team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead process innovation by identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities to refine program processes.
- Client & Customer Management: Manages important client relationships at the director level, organizes QBRs for SLA management, and proactively advises on resourcing & savings strategies and innovative solutions.
- Leadership and Direction: Ensures a cohesive and highly motivated team environment, refines client processes, and implements continuous improvement programs.
- Performance Management: Implements team performance management systems, ensures KPIs and SLAs are exceeded, and establishes metrics for feedback and coaching.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Strategic Leadership: A proven leader with a strong track record of managing teams and developing business plans or recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Expertise: Substantial background in the recruitment industry, specifically within delivery roles and MSP environments.
- Problem-Solving & Commercial Acumen: Ability to research complex issues, advise management, and manage resources to meet senior-level objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with VMS/ATS and enterprise client systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Global Mindset: International experience is highly valued, along with the ability to liaise across all levels of a professional organization.
- Education & Language: University/Post-graduate level intellect with an excellent command of English.
