We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optometrist to join our healthcare team in Delhi, India. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional looking to contribute to the eye health and vision care of our community.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat a wide range of vision conditions and eye diseases.
- Perform vision tests, including visual acuity, depth perception, and color vision.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Educate patients on proper eye care, contact lens hygiene, and the importance of regular eye check-ups.
- Interpret and analyze diagnostic test results, such as visual field tests, retinal imaging, and ocular coherence tomography (OCT).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry through continuing education.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience and a maximum of 5 years of experience in optometry.
- Proficiency in performing eye examinations and related diagnostic procedures.
- Strong understanding of ocular diseases, conditions, and their management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients of all ages.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Licensed and registered to practice optometry in India.
