- Performs the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of more complex data from multiple sources, enhancing the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility
- Builds and refines data dashboards and reports independently, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and generate sophisticated reports. Contributes significantly to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring complex data insights are effectively presented to stakeholders
- Performs data investigations and analysis, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. This includes managing complex data mining, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports
- Delivers business intelligence projects, providing critical support within assigned areas to better align with organizational strategies. Leads the implementation of new analytics tools and techniques within assigned area
- Enhances internal relationships by facilitating the presentation of complex data insights and developing advanced visual aids such as charts and graphs, which illustrate business, operations, customer and economic performance trends and support decision-making processes
- Continuously develops and shares knowledge of emerging trends and changes in data analytics, supporting and promoting change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility. Researches more complex data-driven insights that can significantly improve customer experiences
- Implements the modernization and automation of reporting capabilities, educates junior colleagues on (new) reporting solutions and improvement proposals that increase the quality and uniformity of reporting Grade Descriptor
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic understanding of related disciplines
- Solves a range of problems through applying technical and/or functional experience and guided by precedents
