Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Maintain detailed schedule health, tracking identified tasks, deliverables, and critical path milestones while proactively escalating schedule slippages for corrective action.
Project Change Control: Govern the formal Project Change Request (PCR) list, tracking scope adjustments, budget impacts, and related approval workflows.
RAID, Reporting & Artifact Stewardship
RAID Log Management: Ingest, structure, and continuously update Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision (RAID) items, ensuring coherency, currency, and active mitigation tracking.
Executive Status Reporting: Consolidate data to prepare high-quality governance artifacts, including weekly status reports, Executive Steering Committee (ESC) presentations, and ad-hoc executive briefs.
Interdependency Mapping: Track, map, and consolidate critical cross-functional dependencies across internal project workstreams and external enterprise initiatives.
Artifact Management & Compliance: Organize, index, and audit required project artifacts, log formal compliance exemptions, and assist leadership during internal delivery assurance and audit reviews.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of dedicated professional experience leading Project Monitoring and Control activities within large-scale enterprise project or program delivery environments.
Core PMO Discipline Mastery (10+ Years): Expert-level command of RAID management, detailed schedule tracking, executive status reporting, and in-depth financial forecast/variance analysis.
Software & PMO Tooling Fluency: Hands-on, practical expertise utilizing enterprise tools: Clarity, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
Delivery Methodology Literacy: Solid working knowledge of formal Project Delivery Lifecycles (PDLC), Agile execution frameworks, and Hybrid delivery models.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; exceptional time and priority management; strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage stakeholder relationships, and navigate ambiguity with minimal direction.
