Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Lead the Vanguard: Orchestrate QA execution by collaborating with elite teams from global consulting partners and internal business stakeholders.
Master the Data: Own the strategy for complex ETL testing, cash verification, and account migration validation.
Drive the Lifecycle: Manage a high-performing team of 6–12 members, overseeing everything from test plan socialization to aggressive defect triage in JIRA/ALM.
Innovate: Leverage AI and automation to sharpen their testing edge, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Build the Future: Provide high-level mentorship to junior testers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strategic thinking.

A Seasoned Expert: You have 10+ years of experience in QA/Test Leadership, specifically within massive software implementations.
A Wealth Domain Specialist: You understand the intricacies of trade processing, wealth advisory workstations, and the high stakes of financial data.
A Data Guru: You are a veteran of ETL testing and complex data engineering. You know how to validate data flows across cloud and legacy environments.
A Proven Leader: You thrive when managing cross-functional teams and can navigate the complexities of multi-vendor environments with ease.
