Detailed Description:
1. Quality Assurance and Control:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for raw materials, production processes,
and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards related to the beverage industry.
- Ensure that the company's operations adhere to local, national, and international quality
and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications.
3. Quality Management System (QMS):
- Implement and manage a robust Quality Management System.
- Oversee documentation of quality procedures, specifications, and records.
- Continuously improve the QMS based on industry best practices and evolving standards.
4. Supplier Quality Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming /
outgoing raw materials and ingredients / products.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess and ensure their compliance with quality requirements.
5. Product Development Support:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products meet quality
standards from concept to production.
- Provide input on the selection of ingredients and processes to meet quality objectives.
6. Customer Complaints and Feedback:
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Educational Qualification:.
Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a
related field
Additional Qualification: Preferred masters degree (MBA / MSC) in aforesaid fields
Experience:
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.
• FMCG industry experience especially in beverage sector will be an added advantage
Additional skills / Certification:
Good command over English Language
Computer skill is a must
