In this vital role, you won't just be filling jobs; you’ll be the architect of our talent pipeline. You will focus exclusively on the "candidate side" of the recruitment cycle—sourcing, engaging, and securing the very best Educators, Teaching Assistants, and SEN specialists across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk. Your work ensures our consultants have the talent ready to meet the high demand of our local schools.

- Proactive Sourcing: Use of job boards, our extensive internal database and regeneration activities to identify high-quality candidates.
- Talent Pooling: Build and maintain "gold-standard" pipelines for Primary, Secondary, and SEN desks to ensure immediate fulfillment for D2D and long-term bookings.
- Interviewing & Vetting: Conduct thorough initial screenings and face-to-face (or video) interviews to assess suitability and passion for education.
- Compliance Management: Work closely with our compliance team to ensure every candidate is fully vetted and cleared to work safely in schools.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Randstad at careers fairs and networking events to attract new talent to the sector.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, or a candidate-facing role is highly desirable.
- Local Knowledge: An understanding of the Cambridge education landscape or a background in Education/Care is a significant advantage.
- Communication: You must be an expert communicator—someone who can build rapport quickly and "sell" the benefits of working with Randstad.
- Organisation: The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. You’ll be managing multiple candidate journeys simultaneously.
