■Requirements
・3+ years of experience in operations or project management within a multinational luxury goods company or high-end retail environment.
・Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
・Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report writing.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
・Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
・Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve ambitious goals.
・Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
