Machine Operator (Repair Production)Responsibilities:Production Operator on assembly line to perform product testingManual agility and the ability to maintain a constant, quick pace on assembly lineGood visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in finished productsPositions parts in specified opening screws or bolts them in place with hand toolsPlaces components in predetermined sequence on revolving spindles or dumps components into hoppersEnsure production target and quality requirements are metEnsure production area is kept neat and organizedRequirements:Prior experience in computer and consumer electronics manufacturing industry background preferredRequire excellent visual to inspect small screws or boltsRequire steady hands to handle small screws or boltsPerform overtime as and when necessaryMaintaining your station and your surrounding areasInspection Operator (QA)Responsibilities:Confirm the latest version of SOP and follow SOP to perform visual inspectionInform any line defect to QC Supervisor within acceptable timeframePrepare Checklist for reportingAudit the line abnormal in Process, Fixture and Material etc.Feedback line audit findings to QC SupervisorSupport short term solution for material abnormality in material defectFeedback sorting findings and quantity to QC SupervisorRequirements:Require excellent visual for identifying small defectsAble to use basic inspection equipmentExhibit teamwork and maintain positive attitude in fast-paced environmentPerform overtime as and when necessaryAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
