We are looking for a seasoned Product Coordinator with a strong background in supporting IT hardware and AV System Integration (AVSI) product portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product coordination, AV/IT vendor management, or a closely related field.
- A solid understanding of IT hardware, AV technologies, and the AVSI product portfolio.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with proven experience in BOQ creation and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are essential for maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of information.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities to ensure accuracy and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- The ability to work closely with Product Heads and OEMs to select appropriate products and gather detailed BOQs for sales teams.
