Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between field sales, distributors, and internal operations. You will be responsible for managing sales data, ensuring the accuracy of our SFA systems, and streamlining the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Data Management: Provide timely sales data and reports to the field team; act as the central point of contact between Sales, Regional Distributors (RDs), and internal departments.
Advanced MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Primary vs. Secondary, Target vs. Achievement, Scheme performance) using advanced Excel.
SFA Administration: Maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, tracking beat plans, productivity, and resolving data discrepancies for the field team.
Claims Management: Validate and process sales-related claims (schemes, incentives, and travel); track status and ensure timely payouts.
Distributor Coordination: Liaise with RDs for stock reports, secondary sales data, and reconciliation of records.
Presentations: Develop PowerPoint dashboards and presentations for monthly business reviews and sales meetings.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excel Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with SFA (Sales Force Automation) software is essential.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
Strong Coordination: Excellent follow-up skills with both field teams and external distributors.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Education & Experience
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Support.
Industry Preference: Experience in FMCG or Professional Brands is highly preferred.
