Role Purpose
To drive secondary sales growth by effectively managing channel partners, strengthening market presence, and ensuring execution excellence across the assigned territory. The role focuses on distributor management, dealer development, and expanding the reach of power electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners to achieve secondary sales targets.
•
Drive secondary sales execution by ensuring regular billing, off-take, and stock rotation at distributor level.
•
Resolve dealer and distributor issues related to pricing, schemes, service, supply, and sales execution.
•
Conduct regular market visits to monitor dealer performance, visibility, and brand presence.
•
Work closely with distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential dealers in the assigned territory as per company guidelines.
•
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and POS compliance at retail outlets.
•
Track and report competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and market intelligence.
•
Ensure strict PJP adherence and update daily activities through SFA / digital platforms.Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance dealer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
