Role Objective
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by identifying safety gaps in industrial, construction, and corporate environments and providing technical product solutions. You will serve as a bridge between safety regulations and client operations, ensuring that businesses remain compliant and workers remain safe.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify leads within sectors such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Technical Consulting: Conduct on-site safety audits and "walk-throughs" to recommend specific PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), fall protection, or fire safety systems.
Regulatory Alignment: Stay updated on local and international safety standards to advise clients accurately.
Product Demonstrations: Perform live or virtual demonstrations of safety gear, highlighting durability, ergonomic benefits, and compliance features.
Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare detailed technical quotes and participate in government or private corporate tender biddings.
Relationship Management: Act as a long-term partner for Safety Officers and HSE Managers, ensuring recurring orders and equipment servicing.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and new safety technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of safety product categories (e.g., respiratory protection, gas detection, high-visibility apparel).
Persuasion & Integrity: Ability to sell based on "value and safety" rather than just "price."
Communication: Strong presentation skills to influence both boots-on-the-ground workers and C-suite executives.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage long B2B sales cycles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. Certifications in Health & Safety are a major plus.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to industrial sites, often requiring PPE yourself during visits.
