Job Description: Sales Executive (Security/Safety Products)
Location: Mumbai (Field-based)
Division: Safety & Industrial Business Group / Commercial Solutions
Experience: 1–3 Years (B2B Sales experience in Security/Safety products preferred)
### Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Mumbai territory by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts.
### Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new B2B customers across sectors like Manufacturing, Construction, Data Centers, and Corporate Real Estate.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct site audits and technical demonstrations to identify "security gaps" and recommend solutions (e.g., security window films, fire protection systems, or high-end PPE).
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools (like Salesforce/SFDC) to track leads, manage the sales funnel, and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with Key Accounts, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Science background is often a plus for technical product sales).
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B field sales, specifically within security systems, fire safety, or industrial consumables.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mumbai industrial and commercial landscape.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver technical presentations to "C-suite" or senior management.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
