Responsibilities
Identity Migration & Account Governance: Review and audit published inactive data profiles, validating provider registrations against provincial registries and systematically decommissioning unauthorized clinical accounts.
Multi-System Data Synchronization: Manage and update multi-tier data attributes across 10 to 12 interconnected systems to ensure seamless data mapping between systems.
Indicator Framework Implementation: Support the deployment of a new Indigenous-led and Indigenous-centered indicator framework by carefully stripping legacy indicator flags and reapplying new baseline metrics.
Zero-Assumption Triage & Escalation: Proactively isolate data conflicts, ambiguous parameters, or edge cases, pausing operational pipelines immediately to formally escalate anomalies through defined workflows.
Record-Level Integrity Auditing: Execute precise, record-by-record structural modifications, carrying out strict verification routines before and after making account adjustments.
Identity Directory Administration: Administer enterprise identity permissions, security credential structures, and account data parameters within centralized management engines (NetIQ).
Ticketing Telemetry & Traceability: Document all data modifications, system escalations, and resolution paths within ITSM software (BMC Helix) to guarantee total compliance and auditability.
Security & Privacy Containment: Ensure all processing paths adhere to strict healthcare information privacy standards, information management rules, and data governance policies.
Qualifications
BMC Helix Infrastructure Literacy: 5+ years of progressive professional experience working natively inside BMC Helix platforms, covering custom‑built modules, backend data reviews, and ticketing workflows.
Identity Management Specialization: 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing identity directories, specifically NetIQ platforms, to manage user access, credential lifetimes, and complex organizational entitlements.
Client Data System Competency: 5+ years of professional experience managing customer, product, and service records within large-scale custom software environments.
High-Discipline Record Processing: Proven experience executing high-risk, repetitive, record-by-record database or account changes with an established history of flawless accuracy and structured self-verification.
Strict Procedural Compliance: Demonstrated ability to follow detailed, documented execution scripts exactly as written without deviation, operating successfully inside environments where assumptions are not permitted.
Anomaly & Escalation Mastery: Proven background parsing complex datasets to isolate structural exceptions, systematically pausing production work to escalate discrepancies.
Telework & Infrastructure Setup: Possession of a completely private home office space (communal spaces are strictly prohibited) equipped with a hard-wired internet connection, along with a personal secondary monitor, external keyboard, and mouse.
