- Monitors and fulfils travel bookings, expense requests and assist with purchase orders where required, and within the agreed procurement arrangements
- Provides support through routine general administration or back-office tasks, including record keeping and documentation
- Prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interoffice correspondence and copies
- Maintains databases, manages office supply inventory, answers incoming phone calls, and takes meeting minutes as required
- Helps implement office procedures and systems, ensuring they run smoothly. Trains staff on administrative processes and assists with resolving any issues that arise
