With a strong presence in Singapore, they partner with commercial and enterprise clients to modernise IT environments, optimise operations, and deliver long‑term business outcomes.
As part of their continued expansion, they are hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth and deepen strategic customer relationships.
This role is responsible for selling the organisation’s full suite of technology and services offerings, leading complex pursuits, and securing high‑value opportunities across assigned industries or territories.
About the role
Reporting to the MD of Singapore, your responsibilities would includes
- Leading deal teams and representing the organisation in customer engagements throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Driving opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit across commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Owning new business acquisition while expanding footprint within existing strategic customers.
- Supporting qualification efforts, contributing to risk assessments, and shaping deal structures.
- Validating proposed solutions with delivery teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and operational readiness.
- Developing pursuit plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure disciplined and timely execution.
- Crafting compelling value propositions based on customer business drivers, challenges, and risk considerations.
- Ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and maintaining structured governance throughout the pursuit process.
Skills and experience required
- Min 10-12 years of experience in enterprise or IT services sales within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Proven track record in selling large‑scale managed services, cloud, applications, or analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise technology landscapes.
