This newly created role in Singapore supports the expansion of the APAC commercial organisation and plays a critical part in helping clients maximise the value of the firm’s data, platforms, and analytical tools.
About the role
Reporting to the Global Senior Director , your responsibilities would includes
- Partner with Account Managers during renewal and upsell cycles to articulate product value and demonstrate workflow optimisation.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, data flow explanations, and technical discussions with clients across banking, asset management, and corporate sectors.
- Translate client needs into clear solution recommendations that align with their analytical, credit, and data workflows.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation’s financial data, ratings content, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Provide technical inputs, configuration guidance, and best‑practice recommendations to maximise client adoption.
- Create clear commercial narratives that help clients understand ROI and long‑term value.
- Contribute to scalable processes that improve global operational efficiency and commercial alignment.
- Leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve decision‑making and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance pre‑sales processes, documentation, and client engagement models.
Skills and experience required
- 5-7 years of experience supporting customers, Sales teams, or commercial operations within Financial Services, financial data, ratings, audit, or consulting.
- Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
- Ability to understand credit ratings, financial data structures, and analytical workflows.
