You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights through reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards. With end-to-end ownership of BI reporting, you will oversee the delivery of regional and global dashboards, ensuring the availability of accurate, scalable datasets. This will include a heavy emphasis on working with data engineering to design intuitive, scalable, robust datasets to be used across the BI team. This role combines both operational and technical responsibilities, helping to mitigate risk, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.What you get to do:Collaborate with business users across the world in other timezones to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design, build, and maintain data models and data marts using data warehouse tools (BigQuery)Participate in and lead Agile Scrum processes (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc).Build, standardize, and scale interactive dashboards for various internal global stakeholders with key business metrics to drive business decisions using BI tools (Tableau, Looker).Perform data analyses and modeling to uncover trends and patterns, apply data visualization techniques to present business information clearly, and highlight different perspectives on key business decision areas.Optimize BI systems for performance and scalability.Review reports and analyses to ensure underlying data reconciles to trusted sources and to reinforce zero error reputation for published and high-profile deliverables Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI applications to global stakeholders.Thoroughly document dashboards and metrics created - make updates and changes to existing dashboards based on requirements and existing documentationStay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and industry trends.Mentor teammates on complex topics, BI best practices, new tools, professional growth, etc. Provide mentorship to team members on complex subjects, best practices in Business Intelligence, emerging tools, professional development, and related areas.What you need to bring:Minimum 4 year Bachelor's Degree BA or BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Master’s Degree preferred.5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer.Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).Expertise in BI tools and platforms (preferably Tableau).Knowledge of ETL and data warehouse tools (preferably BigQuery).Experience with data modeling and visualization techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrably strong stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Agile Scrum practices. Preferred Qualifications:GCP and BigQuery proficiency.Tableau Online, Tableau Desktop proficiency.Experience with Python or R programming languages.Experience with MySQL.
