Responsibilities
• Lead the successful delivery of multiple small to large IT infrastructure projects concurrently.
• Develop comprehensive project charters, business cases, and detailed project plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress while maintaining strict control over timelines.
• Manage complex project financials to ensure all initiatives stay within budget parameters.
• Control project scope through effective change management processes to prevent drift.
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement server, network, and cloud evergreen upgrades.
• Provide clear and concise documentation according to established delivery life cycle standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience managing IT projects with a focus on infrastructure.
• Demonstrated history of managing project budgets between 250,000 and 5,000,000 dollars.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
• Experience taking over projects mid-stream and driving them to successful completion.
• Current PMI Certification or equivalent professional project management designation.
