Senior Manager - HR Services
Qualifications : MBA HR ; Graduation - BCA / BTech / B.E Comp Sc is preferred
Certifications : Certifications such as SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate profile
- At least 8 - 10 years experience in HR Service Delivery / Employee Experience
- Proven experience leading HR shared services, ER/IR, HR governance, or employee engagement functions in mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience working with modern HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, ServiceNow HRSD) and strong comfort with HR analytics.
- Deep understanding of various HR operating models, employee lifecycle processes , disciplinary process, grievance handling
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or service excellence principles is preferred

Broad Role & Responsibilities
- Process lead for HRIS Application Support ( all technical query handling, HRIS vendor interactions, application upgrades
- Work closely with VP TA & Technology & SVP - Human Resources for laying the digital footprint in HR department
- Leading HR Operations and proactive mitigation of all operational risks
- Managing end to end HR Services
- Responsible for On-Boarding Operations and Experience
- Responsible for Employee Engagement & Experience
- Familiarity in payroll management & statutory compliances will be good
