Responsibilities
Translate complex technical system specifications into working, fully tested CRM software modules and data-driven applications.
Engineer custom extension components for Microsoft Dynamics CRM using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.
Design and build custom plugins, complex workflows, and enterprise Power Automate flows to automate critical business processes.
Perform full-scale platform customizations across Dynamics entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and executive dashboards.
Develop custom web portals and user interfaces utilizing Power Pages, Power Apps, .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and Azure App Services.
Integrate Dynamics CRM platforms with external enterprise infrastructure leveraging Web APIs, Organization Services, OData standards, and FetchXML.
Build advanced reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI, SQL, and custom CRM report templates.
Configure identity governance and cloud security controls, managing Azure AD B2C, Okta authentication, business units, teams, and role-based permissions.
Participate in full-lifecycle Agile operations, managing task boards, version control, and continuous integration pipelines.
Troubleshoot deep-seated technical issues, refine installation scripts, conduct unit testing, and provide post-implementation support and documentation.
Qualifications
CRM Leadership Seniority: 8+ years of hands-on professional experience leading and delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects (Strictly Required).
Platform Customization Mastery: Deep technical experience customizing Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, reports, ribbons, menus, and dashboards (Strictly Required).
Bespoke Code & Workflow Engineering: Proven track record building custom Dynamics CRM workflows, C# plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows using C#, JavaScript, and HTML (Strictly Required).
Power Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in designing and customizing Power Apps and Power Pages portals (Strictly Required).
API & System Integration Prowess: Demonstrated ability to leverage CRM APIs, OData standards, and Organization Services to integrate CRM platforms with external enterprise systems (Strictly Required).
