As a principal full-stack developer, you will bridge the gap between user experience designs, product management requirements, database structures, and cloud architecture. Operating fully onsite in Toronto within an Agile/Scrum delivery framework, you will translate user stories into clean, performant, and accessible code across the entire software stack. Maintain, support, and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within DevOps environments.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and performance bottlenecks in production applications.
Create technical design documentation, architecture blueprints, release implementation guides, and operational procedures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members during Agile sprint ceremonies, task estimation, and daily stand-ups.

Core Technical Requirements
Full-Stack Software Engineering: Proven experience in full-stack application development, encompassing front-end UI design, back-end API development, and database architecture.
Front-End Frameworks & Languages: Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, as well as common libraries (e.g., React Hook Form, React Query, Zustand).
Back-End & API Development: Hands-on experience designing and building REST APIs using Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or ASP.NET frameworks.
Database & ORM Experience: Solid experience writing SQL queries and managing data access through Entity Framework or equivalent Object-Relational Mapping tools.
